We provide comprehensive and limited scope services for select startup nonprofits that have a compliant tax-exempt purpose and plans for a responsible board of directors and financial viability. We serve public charities, private foundations, 501(c)(4) social welfare organizations, and 501(c)(6) professional and trade associations. For our 501(c)(3) startups, we work with our clients to draft appropriate articles of incorporation, bylaws, and a conflict of interest policy; register with the Attorney General's Registry of Charities and Fundraisers; and apply for tax-exemption with the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board. We also help with ancillary filings, policy development, initial agreements, and board resolutions / meeting minutes.
